SCALLOP SCAMPI 
1/4 c. butter
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 c. sea scallops
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 lemon wedges

In saucepan, melt butter; add garlic. Stir, add scallops and saute over medium heat, about 8 minutes. Stir in parsley flakes. Place on dinner plate, squeeze lemon juice over scallops.
