TOMATO PUDDING 
4 c. bread cubes
1 c. melted butter
1 lg. can tomato puree
1/2 c. water
1 c. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder

Pour melted butter over bread cubes in casserole and mix to cover cubes.

In large pot, place remaining ingredients and stir to mix. Bring puree to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. When done, pour over bread cubes and mix well.

Place casserole in pan of water (cake pan, etc.) and bake 375 degrees, 45 to 50 minutes. Great with turkey or ham!
