EASY CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
2 squares chocolate
6 tbsp. lite cream
3 tbsp. butter
4 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt in top of double boiler: 2 squares chocolate. Add and stir until smooth and slightly thick 6 tablespoons lite cream and 3 tablespoons butter. Remove from heat and add 4 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until smooth. If too thick thin with a few drops of cream.
