SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. sausage
4-6 oz. macaroni, cooked
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup
1 can milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Potato chips

Cook macaroni; saute onion. Warm water in a medium pan; crumble sausage into water and simmer until sausage changes color. Drain liquid; add sausage to onions. Mix soup and milk; add milk, drained macaroni and cheese to sausage mixture. Put in a large casserole and top with crumbled potato chips. Bake 20- 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
