BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. sausage
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. crescent rolls
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. ground pepper

Brown and drain sausage; set aside. Place separated rolls with point to the center on a 16 inch pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes on lower rack of oven. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Spoon sausage on crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, milk, oregano and pepper. Pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees on lower rack of oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut with a pizza cutter and serve.

NOTE: Bacon or ham may be substituted for the sausage. Serves 6 to 8 people.
