SKILLET STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 can condensed beef broth
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
2 c. uncooked egg noodles
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or minced garlic
1 c. sour cream

Cook ground beef and onion in skillet. Drain off grease. Everything, except sour cream, put into pan with meat. Heat until it boils. Add extra water if needed to cover noodles. Then reduce heat, cover and simmer. Stir noodles and cook for about 30 minutes until noodles are tender. Add sour cream and heat until hot. Serves 5.
