SPINACH APPLE TOSS 
2 (10 oz.) bags fresh spinach
2 tart red apples
8 slices bacon
2/3 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Break spinach into bite sized pieces. Cut apple into bite sized chunks. Fry bacon until crisp, and crumble over the top. Mix salad dressing and the orange juice and pour over salad. Salad will keep with dressing on it in the refrigerator several hours without wilting.
