SPEEDY CHICKEN AND SHRIMP | |
1 med. onion, chopped 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 3-4 tbsp. butter 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans Swanson chicken a la king 1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp, thawed or 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, rinsed and drained 2 tbsp. lemon juice 3-4 c. hot cooked rice or chow mein noodles In a large skillet, cook and stir pineapple and onion in butter until onion is tender. (Do not let pineapple burn.) Stir in chicken a la king, shrimp, and lemon juice; heat through. Serve on rice or chow mein noodles. |
