RAENETTE'S FRUIT DELIGHT 
2 cantaloupes, ripe, halved and cleaned
1 basket strawberries, cleaned and halved
1 sm. bunch Thompson seedless grapes
2 bananas, sliced
4 ripe apricots, pitted and chopped in quarters
2 (8 or 6 oz.) containers blackberry yogurt

Mix all fruit except cantaloupe. Heap into cantaloupe center, spoon yogurt on top of fruit mixture and garnish with sprig of mint.

This is an excellent breakfast dish as well, simply sprinkle granola on top! This also works very well as a light summer lunch when served with a light sweet bread such as a croissant.
