BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. boiling water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir in milk, vanilla and melted butter. Spread batter into a buttered 10x6x2 inch pan. Then scatter blueberries over it.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar and pour 3/4 cup boiling water over all. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow a little extra time if blueberries are frozen.
