CHILE RELLENOS 
1 c. whole green chilies
Jack cheese, cut in strips
3 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. water

Put strips of cheese into whole chiles, separate eggs. Beat whites until stiff. In separate bowl beat yolks with flour and water. Fold yolks into whites. Dip chilies into eggs and fry in hot oil.
