BARBEQUE FOR 30 TO 40 BUNS 
1 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter
4 lbs. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1/2 tsp. mustard

Brown ground beef and onion in butter. Drain off fat. Add rest of ingredients and simmer, covered for 30 minutes. Fills 30 to 40 buns.
