TOMATO CHILI 
1 gal. tomatoes, peeled, cored and cut up
6 to 8 hot peppers, chopped
6 large onions, chopped
2 tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. ground cloves
black pepper (as desired)

Mix and cook slowly until thick. Can in jars. Use the water-bath method of processing.

WATER-BATH METHOD: Use a container large enough to place sealed jars; cover them with water and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes to kill bacteria.
