CLEAN OUT CHOLESTEROL MUFFINS | |
2 1/4 c. oat bran cereal 1/4 c. chopped nuts 1/4 c. raisins or dates 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 egg whites 2 1/4 c. skimmed milk 2 tbsp. oil Mix all ingredients together; fill paper muffin cups 3/4 full or use greased muffin tin. Bake 17 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven. Cool on rack. Eat 3 a day. 150 calories each. Other fruits may be preferred. |
