RICE - CELERY CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked rice (don't overcook)
3 c. cooked celery
1 sm. can water chestnuts, drained

Optional Ingredients: Cashews, mushrooms, red or green peppers, shrimp, cooked broccoli, cauliflower, carrots or other.

Combine above ingredients in bowl.

1 can condensed cream of celery soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash Worcestershire or soy sauce

Combine above ingredients separately and add to above mixture. Place in greased 2 quart casserole, sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
