CRAB AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crab meat
1 lb. shrimp (cooked and peeled)
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) box sm. sea shells
Sm. jar pimento
4 oz. jar mushrooms
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. flour
1 qt. milk

Cook seashells until tender, drain. Simmer butter, onions, add flour and mix well. Add milk gradually bring to a boil. Simmer 3 minutes. Remove from stove, add balance of ingredients except cheese.

Place in 9 x 12 inch casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
