FISH CHOWDER 
1 1/2 lbs. haddock fillets
1/2 c. white wine
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
3 cans cream of potato soup
3 cans milk
Dash of salt
Pepper

Put fish in baking dish. Dot with butter, salt, and pepper; pour wine over. Bake until fork tender, 20 minutes. Melt butter and saute onions in it. Mix with soup and milk; pour over fish. Heat to bubbling point. Delicious.
