SPINACH ROLL | |
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. bacon bits (opt.) 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. (2 oz.) ranch style salad dressing mix 6 green onions, chopped 1/4 c. chopped water chestnuts 1 pkg. flour tortilla (1 lb. 2 oz.) Squeeze moisture from spinach. In a bowl combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, dressing mix, onions and water chestnuts. Spread on tortillas and roll. Cover, refrigerate overnight. Slice into 1 inch pieces and serve. Makes 30 pieces. |
