FRICASSEE 
2 pkg. chicken giblets
4 onions, chopped
1 1/2 sticks pareve butter
Garlic powder
Paprika
1 qt. hot water

MEATBALLS:

3 lb. lean ground meat
3 eggs
Garlic powder
A little water
1/2 c. matzo meal

Saute onions in butter until brown. Clean giblets well, cut up and add to onions. Cover and cook over very low flame 1/2 hour. Add 1 quart hot water. Mix, cover and cook over low flame until soft, about 1 hour.

Combine chopped meat, eggs, garlic powder and water. Add matzo meal. Make small meatballs and add to a large pot of hot water. Cook about 5 minutes, until no longer red. Remove with slotted spoon and add to giblets. Cover and cook over low flame about 1 hour.
