2 c. buttermilk
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
2 lg. cans drained pineapple chunks
2 sm. cans drained mandarin oranges
1 pkg. striped crushed cookies

Mix together buttermilk and pudding. Add cream cheese and mix together well. Fold in Cool Whip. Add pineapple and mandarin oranges. Chill overnight. Just before serving, add 1 package crushed striped cookies, saving a few to garnish top. Makes large bowl.
