BUCKEYE CANDY 
2 stick butter, softened
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 lb. jar peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
12 oz. chocolate bark

In a large bowl, mix together butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Roll into small balls and place on waxed paper. In a double boiler or microwave, melt chocolate. Dip each ball into chocolate and place on waxed paper.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
