ROOSTERS 
1 lb.cooked shrimp
12 oz. jar jalapeno slices
8 oz. jar horseradish (fresh ground, coarsely cut)
12 oz. jar cocktail sauce
Saltine crackers

On Saltine cracker, place desired amount of horseradish and cocktail sauce, then shrimp and finish with 1 or 2 jalapeno slices on top.

Bet you can't eat just one!
