STUFFED QUAHOGS 
1 lb. bag seasoned bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1 lg. onion
1 clove garlic
1 green pepper, chopped
Parsley
Chopped celery
Sprinkle dry red peppers (hot)
1 stick butter

Steam quahogs open in 1 inch of water. Reserve liquid. Put quahogs in blender and chop; set aside.

Saute chopped vegetables and seasonings in butter. Turn off heat. Add quahogs and eggs and some liquid to moisten bread crumbs and sauteed vegetables. Put in half shells and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Preheat oven.
