1 pkg. orange or lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 c. cream or milk
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add all other ingredients. Freeze in container until firm only, put into chilled bowl and beat with blender. Return to container until frozen firm.
