CHICKEN STIR FRY 
Boneless breast of chicken
Frozen pea pods (1 package) thaw in microwave first
Water chestnuts (1 can)
Diced baby carrots (1 cup)
1 can bamboo shoots
1 pkt. chicken stir fry sauce or soy sauce (Kikkoman)

Cut chicken breasts into strips. Heat oil in large fry pan or wok. Add chicken strips and brown. Next add all vegetables and mix and add sauce, mix, turn off heat and allow to sit for a few minutes. Then serve over Chinese noodles or rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
