POPCORN CRUNCH 
No cholesterol.

Non-stick spray coating
1 1/2 lb. chocolate flavored confectioner's coating, cut up
3 tbsp. peanut butter
14 c. popped popcorn
3 c. crisp rice cereal
2 c. dry roasted peanuts

Spray large cookie sheet with non-stick coating. Combine confectioner's coating and peanut butter in large microwave-safe bowl. Micro-cook on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is melted. Meanwhile, in very large bowl combine popcorn, cereal and peanuts. Pour warm melted chocolate mixture over popcorn mixture, tossing to coat well. Spread onto prepared cookie sheet, cool thoroughly. Break apart and store in tightly covered containers for up to 5 days. Makes 22 cups.
