CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW ROLL 
4 oz. bar German chocolate
1 well beaten egg
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 oz. Angel Flake coconut or finely chopped nuts

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler until blended. Take from heat, stir in well beaten egg quickly. Cool. Place marshmallows, sugar and nuts in bowl; pour cooled chocolate mixture over. Stir gently to blend well. Sprinkle a large piece of foil with coconut. Pour over the chocolate mixture. Roll like jelly roll. Chill. Slice as needed.
