BUTTER HORNS 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Grated lemon rind
1 cake yeast dissolved in 1 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
4 to 5 1/2 c. flour

Cream butter, sugar, eggs one at a time, salt, lemon rind, the dissolve yeast mixture and flour gradually. Knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in warm place until double. Toss on board. Shape into desired rolls. Let rise again and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
