1 c. butter
1 c. oil (Crisco)
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour

Beat butter, oil and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Chill dough for an hour. Roll into 1 inch balls and flatten with bottom of a sugar coated glass. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
