YUM YUM SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lemon gelatin
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar (opt.)
1 c. grated cheese
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
2 c. cold water
3/4 c. nuts
1 c. grated carrots

Bring water, gelatin and sugar to a boil. Let cool and jell slightly, then add other ingredients. Chill.
