CAULIFLOWER-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. any flavor seasoned bread cubes
3 tbsp. melted butter
10 oz. frozen broccoli
10 oz. frozen cauliflower
2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
2 cans cream soup (celery, mushroom, etc.)

Cook frozen vegetables, drain and cool. Crush bread cubes and melt butter. Warm soup (no liquid) with cheese cubes until cheese is melted. Grease 9"x13" glass pan. Layer vegetables in pan. Pour soup/cheese mixture over vegetables. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
