1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
1 can chopped green chilies
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 chopped tomato

Brown beef in pan; drain. Add taco seasoning and put in greased pie pan. Add chilies. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour over meat mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with cheese and tomato. Bake for 10 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Serve with sour cream, black olives, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and taco sauce.
