SNAPPY LEMON CHICKEN 
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. white wine
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. (or more if you like it spicy) liquid hot pepper sauce
4 scallions, chopped, including the green parts
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
Chicken parts - whichever you like best, up to 2 lbs.

Combine all ingredients except the chicken. Marinate the chicken in this mix in a plastic bag, turning to coat all the pieces. After marinating, place the chicken in a shallow pan, skin side down. Broil 8 to 10 inches away from heat for 15 minutes. Turn, baste, and broil for 15 more minutes. Alternatively, cook the chicken on the grill.
