EGG AND SAUSAGE PUFF 
1 dozen eggs, slightly beaten
2 lbs. bulk pork sausage, browned and drained
2 c. Bisquick mix
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 c. milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. oregano, if desired

If preparing ahead of time, mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x12 glass baking dish. Mix all ingredients; put in dish and bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 12.
