PINEAPPLE NUT CAKE 
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients by hand and bake in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Remove cake from oven and ice immediately.

ICING:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and spread on hot cake. Sprinkle with grated nuts and refrigerate immediately.
