TUNA, CRAB OR CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can tuna, crab or chicken
1/4 lb. cashew nuts, halved
3 oz. can chow mein noodles
1/2 c. mushrooms (optional)
1/2 c. green peppers (optional)

Combine all ingredients, adding chow mein noodles last. Save a handful for the top. Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
