CROWD PLEASIN' MACARONI SALAD 
16 oz. Mueller's elbow macaroni (4 c.)
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
2 c. diced cucumber
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. sliced radishes
1/4 c. sliced scallions
4 tomatoes, diced

Cook macaroni as directed; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Meanwhile in large bowl, blend mayonnaise, salt, and basil. Add macaroni and remaining ingredients. Toss gently. Makes 12-16 servings.
