1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese 2 cans Campbells cream of mushroom soup 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 lg. jar picante sauce (temperature you can handle) Cook slowly to avoid scorching; fondue pot or crock pot are good vessels. Use as a vegetable or chip dip, served over broccoli, cauliflower or asparagus, or on hamburgers or shirred eggs. Many uses and easy to reheat in the microwave on low temperature or steam over vegetables on stove top. |
