GRANDMA SMITH'S CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 sm. box strawberry jello
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. cranberries, ground
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. English walnuts, chopped
Few drops lemon juice
Few grains salt

Grind cranberries (not too fine). Add sugar, let stand 2 hours or longer. Add the chopped celery and nuts to cranberry mixture; sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Add to jello which has been dissolved in the hot water and cooled. Let stand until firm. Keep refrigerated.

You may put salad in a mold or glass baking dish.
