PINEAPPLE ICEBOX CAKE 
This is easy and not too sweet. My family loves it!

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save the juice)
1 box white cake mix (any brand)
1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping

Prepare cake as directed except to substitute the drained pineapple juice for the water (if needed, you can add water to the juice to make what the cake mix calls for). Let the cake cool completely, then refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Mix together the drained pineapple and whipped topping. Spread over top of cake like frosting and keep refrigerated.
