STRAW AND HAY 
3 oz. green noodles
3 oz. white noodles
1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. cooked ham, chopped
1/4 c. cooked peas
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 well beaten egg yolks

Cook noodles in boiling salted water about 5 minutes. Drain. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, combine cream, butter, ham and peas, heat to melt butter, stir in noodles, cook about 5 minutes, until noodles are tender. Stir in cheese and egg yolks. Cook and stir until thicken slightly. Serves 4.
