CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES WITH CREAM
CHEESE FILLING
 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vinegar
2 c. water

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Beat cheese and egg well. Add sugar and salt and beat well again. Combine all ignredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Pour half full in cupcake papers and add 1 teaspoon of filling into center of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
