BEEF STROGANOFF 
Top round steak, cubed & browned
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can sherry wine (or water)
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Simmer everything but sour cream until meat is tender (about 1/2 hour). Add sour cream and stir to mix. Heat about 5 minutes longer. Serve over noodles.
