PINEAPPLE CRUNCH 
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter

Pour one can of crushed pineapple, juice and all, in 9"x12" cake pan (glass preferably). Spread dry cake mix over pineapple. Melt 2 sticks of butter and pour over dry cake mix, covering mix. Bake at 350 degrees until crunchy looking, about 35 to 40 minutes. NOTE: Do not stir pineapple and cake mix. Leave in layers.
