1 box Rice Chex
1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 bag chocolate chip pieces
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, chips, peanut butter and pour over Rice Chex. Mix together and pour into brown paper bag and pour powdered sugar and shake.
