GRANOLA BRAN MUFFINS 
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. granola
3/4 c. bran
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. each baking soda and ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Fantastic! I soaked the granola in just enough milk to soften it a bit before adding it to everything else. I also didn't have buttermilk so I substituted a sour cream/milk mix. You can also use white flour. They turned out moist and delicious! Definitely make these again!
