ZUCCHINI BISQUE SOUP 
6 med. zucchini, sliced
1 lg. potato, sliced
1/4 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 oz. Cheez Whiz with jalapenos
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 c. chicken broth
4 oz. Cheez Whiz, plain

Cook zucchini and onions in water (enough to cover veggies), until tender. Puree in blender. Pour into soup pot; add all remaining ingredients; heat, but do not boil.
