NAN KHATAI 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
4 oz. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. semolina (sugi)
Pinch of salt
Chopped pistachios

Sift the flour with salt and baking powder. Add all the ingredients together and make a dough. Take a small ball of the dough in hand and flatten it. Keep them on a cookie sheet one inch apart from each other. Apply chopped pistachios in the center of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until light brown in color. Yields: 15 biscuits.
