CARROT CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 sm. jars strained carrot baby food
1 1/2 c. corn oil
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
4 eggs

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add carrots and oil. Mix until smooth. Add nuts and raisins and mix well.

Lastly add the eggs (not beaten) and mix well. Bake in a tube pan for 1 1/2 hours in a moderate oven.
