1 box yellow cake mix
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 bar sweet German chocolate, grated
6 oz. pkg. chocolate bits (or mint flavor)

Combine all ingredients (except chocolate). Mix well with electric beater. Add chocolate and all bits, stir by hand, then by electric beater. Put in greased and floured tube pan and bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees (ovens vary).
